Rob Holmes brings his tremendous experience, razor insight and 30-year history of successes to the Prowis team. A former partner and Senior Vice-President at PricewaterhouseCoopers, Rob's extensive experience in South Africa, England and Canada includes work in the manufacturing, retail and financial sectors.
His strength in negotiation and ability to help businesses rebuild stakeholder confidence, contribute to making Rob and Prowis Inc. leaders in the restructuring industry in Canada.
Colin McLarty
With over 30 years of management experience in financial services, manufacturing, systems implementation and service industries, Colin envisions and applies managerial and operational solutions within troubled companies. Colin excels in assuring management redirect their business focus to drive out excellence through better management of operations, increased revenue generation and improved financial controls and reporting.
Historically, operating as an independent advisor, Colin has executed many files for government, banks, public and private companies in order to realize tangible and measurable returns.
Michael
Kotler
Michael Kotler is a seasoned professional who has advisory experience in a wide range of industries including, manufacturing, technology, consumer products and real estate. He has developed strategic action plans, prepared financial models and valuations, negotiated vendor and customer agreements, and managed the day-to-day operations of several large public and private companies resulting in the restoration of stakeholder value.
Michael formerly worked in private equity and a large accounting firm. He holds an MBA with honors from the University of Chicago in Finance and Entrepreneurship and is a Canadian Chartered Accountant and a CPA (Illinois).
Raymond Cheung
Raymond is a Chartered Accountant with diversified experience in cash management, financial modeling, business analysis, and performance reporting.
In his previous position with a national retailer, he was responsible for monitoring the financial and operational performance of retail stores across Canada, and played a key role in the turn-around of numerous under-performing stores. Raymond’s solid financial background and business acumen make him a critical part of the Prowis team.
Scott Mitchell
Combining both a hands on attitude and a results orientated nature, Scott’s creativity and passion for solving organizational challenges make him a strong addition to the Prowis team.
Prior to joining Prowis, Scott worked in the manufacturing and construction industries in various managerial roles. Most recently, Scott was a partner in a boutique management consulting firm that provides customized research and business planning services for both small and large companies. Scott holds an MBA degree (Dean’s list) from the Rotman School of Management and a Mechanical Engineering degree from McGill University.
